Q: How much Brazil nut butter should I give my baby?
A little goes a long way. Brazil nuts are wonderfully high in selenium, so small amounts are best. It's also the richest in fat of our range.

Q: When can my baby try Brazil nut butter?
From around 6 months, once they're ready and on solids. Offer a small, thinned taste on its own.

Q: How do I serve it safely?
Never offer it thick or straight off the spoon. Thin a little with water, breastmilk or formula, or stir it through puree or yoghurt. No whole nuts before age 4.
